TNPSC Group 2 Notification 2012
Applications are invited only through online mode upto 13.07..2012 for admission to the Written Examination for direct recruitment against the vacancies for the years 2011-12 and 2012-13 in the following posts mentioned in Table-I and II included in Combined Subordinate Services Examination–I [Service Code No.004]

Date of Written Examination 12.08.2012 between 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
Age Limit
- For Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Caste (Arunthathiyars), Scheduled Tribes Most Backward Classes / Denotified Communities., Backward Classes, Backward Classes (Muslims) and Destitute Widows of all castes Minimum Age is 18 Years (should have completed) and Maximum Age is 35 years (should not have completed)
- “Others” [ i.e Candidates not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs and BCMs ] Minimum Age is 18 Years (should have completed) and Maximum Age is 35 years (should not have completed)
The Minimum and Maximum age limits will be applicable to all the posts except for the following posts: -
- For Sub-Registrar, Grade-II minimum age is 20 years and maximum age is 30 years
- For Junior Employment Officer (DA) minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 40 years
