- Before registering the application on the website, the candidate should possess:

- Click on ‘Careers with SAIL’ at bottom left
- Click on jobs at SAIL
- Click on the job you want to apply
- Read all the information regarding the job then click ‘apply on line’.
- Enter e-mail ID and password
- Fill in all the information as required in application from
- Click ‘preview application’
- Check all the information you filled, if you find any issues, you can edit. If you don’t, click ‘submit’.
- Click on ‘Print Challan’ and take print out of ‘Bank Challan’
- Then go to the bank and submit the application amount and bank will provide you the journal number.
- Come back to SAIL Website, www.sail.co.in , click ‘Careers with SAIL’ and click on ‘log in’ available on the right side of the page with heading ‘Registered Applicant’.
- Enter e-mail ID and password which you have used for the filling up of application form.
- Click on ‘Payment details’.
- Enter all the details in the form and ‘submit’. Candidate can take the print out of Registration Slip
- Registered candidates will go to ‘log in’ by entering e-mail ID and password, they can download their e-admit card.

General Conditions:
- Candidates not satisfying the requisite eligibility criteria specified in the advertisement need not apply
- Candidates will have to appear for the written test and medical examination at their own cost in the event the management decides to conduct written test depending upon the number of applications received.
- The date, time and venue of written test and interviews will be intimated in due course to all the eligible candidates only. ISP reserves the right to alter the choice of centre given by the candidate without prior information. No request for change of centre would be admissible and the decision of ISP would be final in this regard.
- Candidates sponsored by the Local Employment Exchange will also have to apply on line in the prescribed application format along with the requisite fees as indicated in the advertisement failing which they will not be considered for the selection process.
- Candidates paying the requisite fee and fulfilling the requisite eligibility criteria will be called for the written test.
- Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their passing the Company’s Medical Examination as per standards laid down under SAIL’s Medical and Health Policy.
- If it is found any stage of selection process that the candidate is not fulfilling the eligibility conditions or has given false information his candidature will be rejected forthwith.
- Candidates working Government/ Semi Government / Public undertakings will have to produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the present employer at the time of interview.
- The candidates will be required to submit documentary proof of qualification, age etc. at the time of interview. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category will also have to submit original caste certificate issued by the prescribed authority at the time of interview for verification.
- Candidates should give clear and complete postal address, mobile numbers and e-mail ID for correspondence IISCO Steel Plant will not be responsible for any postal delay/ wrong delivery / non-delivery of any communication at any stage of the recruitment process.
- Candidates should note that only the date of birth as recorded in the Matriculation / Secondary Examination certificate on the date of submission of application shall be accepted and no subsequent request for its charge will be considered.
- All the certificates related to qualification should be issued by the recognised board/ institute and wherever cumulative grade point average (CGPA) / overall grade average or a letter grade in degree is awarded equal percentage of marks should be indicated in the application ( on line )
- Bringing influence at any stage of the selection process will disqualify the candidate.
