The voice: The pronunciation of the words is very important in the BPO jobs because it is a voice based job. The voice of the candidate should be very much fluent, clear and the vocabulary terms are spelled in a correct manner. The speed of the talking is also important because we want to attract the customer with our way of talking.
The thought process: Let the brain listen to the information to process and organize an answer. If you have too many experiences to share, put them one by one. The best bet is tell the most appropriate one. Develop a flow in speech , do not use fillers and foghorns like hmm, uh, I mean e.t.c., They break the flow of speech and clarity.
Body language: walk with confidence. Meet the interviwer with confidence and shake hands. Maintain eye contact; however don’t stare
Dressing: What you wear for the interview is of utmost importance. Dress something that you are comfortable. Avoid over accessories and wear smart clothes. Ladies avoid layer make up. Do your hair nicely and keep your nails trimmed well
