Entrance Exam For Cyber Law
The candidates who want to become a cyber lawyer,first of all he/she must be a qualified lawyer and he/she has a diploma in cyber law.The private institutes who offers cyber law courses are Asian School of Cyber Law, Mumbai, Indian Law Institute, Delhi, NALSAR, Hyderabad, and Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Allahabad.The UGC approved institutes will not provides the courses.Actually a cyber lawyer deal with criminal law,intellectual property law,commercial and civil law.
PG diploma in cyber laws :
The fee of application form is Rs 450/-.Download the application form from its official website.
Candidates who completes their graduation in 10+2+3 pattern in any stream.They must be secured 45% of marks in this level.Then only the candidates has the eligibility to apply for admission of PG diploma in cyber law course.This pg diploma course is one year course.
Based on merit in written examination,candidates will be selected.
M.Sc. in cyber law :
This course duration is two years.The candidates who completes their graduation are eligible for this.After completing this course,the candidates becomes post graduation students.
Candidates who completes their graduation from a recognized university with the aggregater of 45% or equivalent qualification are eligible.For SC/ST candidates 45% is required.Different universities and institutes conducts different entrance examinations for the students to get admission. IIT allahabad of indian institute of information technology is best one for students who want to complete their master of science in cyber law and information security.
