Entrance Exam For Company Secretary 2013
A Company secretary is a chief advisor to the board of directors and he/she has a responsibility for company.Basically company secretary course has three programs of foundation,executive and professional programme.Candidate must go for practical training after completing the final examination.
Candidates must complete this course within eight months.Within three years only,candidates must pass this foundation examination.Eligibility for this programme is,candidates must completes senior secondary or equivalent examination from recognized university.This foundation examination will conducts in the moths of june and december.In this examination,questions are asked from the topics which are given below.
- English and Business Communication (FCEBC)
- Economics and Statistics
- Financial Accounting (FCFA)
- Elements of Business Laws and Management (FERBAM)
To apply for this executive programme,the candidates must pass the foundation programme and the candidates age should not less than seventeen years.This executive
programme has following modules.
General and Commercial Laws (IGCL)
Company Accounts and Cost & Management Accounting (ICA&CMA)
Tax Laws (ITL)
Company Law (ICL)
Economic, Labour Laws
Securities Laws and Compliances
The candidates must have obtained above fifty percent in the examination.
At least nine months before to the examination,candidates should register for this professional programme.For june examination,last date to apply for professional
programme is march 25th with Rs.100/- late fee upto april 9th.For december examination,last date to apply for professional programme is september 25th with Rs.100/-
late fee upto octomber 10th.In this,there are the following modules.
